Morawiecki's breakaway makes Rozwój Plus third-largest Sejm club, KO takes the lead

Around 40 MPs are set to leave the PiS parliamentary club and join Mateusz Morawiecki's new Rozwój Plus group, making it the third-largest club in the Sejm. The defections will push Civic Coalition (KO) ahead of PiS in terms of seats for the first time. It represents the most significant shift in parliamentary balance since the last general election.
