Russia charges Telegram founder Durov with terrorism, issues arrest warrant

Russia has charged Pavel Durov, founder of Telegram, with complicity in terrorism, according to the TASS news agency. The FSB claims Telegram is being used by Ukrainian intelligence to recruit agents, and has launched procedures to issue an international arrest warrant. Durov is a billionaire often referred to as Russia's Mark Zuckerberg.
