Morawiecki launches new parliamentary club — PiS split is official

Mateusz Morawiecki announced the creation of the Rozwój Plus parliamentary club on Wednesday. The PiS political committee on Tuesday declined to expel MPs linked to the former prime minister, referring the matter to the party disciplinary officer instead. The dissidents formally remain PiS members but now operate as a separate parliamentary club.
