Russia's FSB accuses Telegram founder Pavel Durov of facilitating terrorism
Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) has accused Telegram founder Pavel Durov of "facilitating terrorist activities." The FSB claims Telegram's administrators have failed to remove channels and bots used to coordinate terrorist attacks and acts of sabotage on Russian territory. Durov is now officially being pursued by Russian security services.
