Japan earthquake death toll rises to 13 as rescuers search ruins

The death toll from a powerful earthquake in Japan has risen to at least 13. On Wednesday, soldiers and emergency workers searched through a badly damaged shopping mall and collapsed houses looking for survivors. The rescue operation is ongoing with a number of people still missing.
