UEFA hits back at Infantino's plan to sell World Cup stakes to private investors

UEFA has issued an angry response to FIFA president Gianni Infantino's new initiative to sell World Cup stakes to private investors. This is Infantino's second attempt to privatise football assets; the first, in 2018, involved a multi-billion dollar plan to create new global competitions funded by private capital.
