MP Uściński joins Morawiecki — another defection from PiS

PiS MP Piotr Uściński is moving to Mateusz Morawiecki's Rozwój Plus association. The transfer comes shortly after Jarosław Kaczyński caused confusion by going back on promises to expel Morawiecki's allies from the party. It is another sign of deepening divisions on the Polish right.
