Polish Government Plans BGK-Guaranteed Consumer Loan for Cooperative Housing

The Polish government has drafted a plan for a new consumer loan to help finance participation in social housing schemes (TBS and SIM) and cooperative housing contributions. The loan would carry a Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego guarantee and bear interest rates equivalent to a mortgage. The plan was reported by Rzeczpospolita.
