Romania buys Thales GM200 radars to counter Russian drone incursions
Romanian airspace has been repeatedly violated by unmanned systems coming from the east. In response, the Bucharest government has decided to purchase Thales Ground Master 200 Multi-Mission All-in-one (GM200 MM/A) radar systems. The acquisition aims to bolster Romania's air-defence capabilities against the ongoing drone threat.
