Constitutional Tribunal: Regulation on transcribing same-sex marriages unconstitutional
Poland's Constitutional Tribunal, composed of President Bogdan Święczkowski and judges Stanisław Piotrowicz and Wojciech Sych, ruled that the Ministry of Digitalisation's regulation on transcribing foreign same-sex marriage certificates is unconstitutional. The challenge was brought by a group of PiS MPs. Minister Katarzyna Kotula responded: "This ruling has no legal force."
