SAFE defence loan orders set to boost Polish GDP in 2026 and 2027

Economists forecast that the EU's SAFE programme will significantly stimulate the Polish economy in 2026 and 2027. Large orders for Borsuk APCs, Krab howitzers, Rak mortars, FlyEye, Warmate and Gladius systems are expected to spur investment in production capacity. Credit Agricole economist Krystian Jaworski says the flow of SAFE funds will be especially strong until end-2026.
