Trump promised Ukraine a licence to produce Patriot missiles

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Donald Trump agreed to grant Ukraine a licence to manufacture missiles for Patriot air-defence systems. Zelensky made the announcement in a Tuesday interview with Fox News. The White House has not yet responded to the claim.
