90% of Poles want tax-free allowance raised to 60,000 zlotys

Nearly 90% of Poles support raising the personal income tax-free allowance from 30,000 to 60,000 zlotys within the current parliamentary term, according to an IBRiS poll for Rzeczpospolita. The level of public consensus on a tax issue is exceptionally high. The change was an election pledge of the current governing coalition.
