Six months of mandatory e-invoicing in Poland — firms still battling tech problems

Half a year has passed since Poland's mandatory National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) launched for the first group of companies on 1 February 2026. Businesses continue to struggle with numerous difficulties, primarily of a technical nature. The system requires fixes, with companies reporting that many issues remain unresolved.
