Morawiecki recruits politicians to Rozwój Plus before formal PiS exit

Former Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki says he has already held initial talks with politicians who may join his Rozwój Plus association, even though he has not yet been formally expelled from PiS. Morawiecki is actively building his own political grouping while technically still a member of the ruling opposition party.
