Polish government plans state help with deposits for lower-income first-time buyers

The Polish government is preparing legislation to help lower-income residents pay the participation fee required by social housing operators TBS and SIM. Currently, lower earners must save large sums or take out expensive cash loans to meet this requirement, while higher earners can buy a flat without any own contribution. The draft bill was obtained by the daily Rzeczpospolita.
