US Senate passes Russia sanctions bill 86 votes in honor of late Sen. Graham
The US Senate voted 86 in favour of advancing a new Russia sanctions bill. The legislation is named after its co-author, Senator Lindsey Graham, who died on 11 July and was buried in Washington on 28 July. The vote is seen as a clear signal to Moscow that Washington remains aligned with Kyiv.
