Former Golden Globes owners sue Penske Media for fraud in awards acquisition

Members of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association have filed a lawsuit against Penske Media, alleging fraud in the acquisition of the Golden Globe Awards. The plaintiffs claim they were deliberately deceived during the transaction that transferred control of the prestigious awards ceremony to Penske Media. The suit follows the HFPA's dissolution after Penske Media took over the Globes.
