FIFA plans to sell minority stakes in World Cup commercial rights to investors

FIFA has developed a complex plan to raise billions of dollars by selling minority stakes in the commercial rights to the World Cup to outside investors. Among the interested parties is a firm run by Joshua Kushner, brother of Jared Kushner. The scheme would grant investors a share of World Cup revenue streams in exchange for upfront capital for FIFA.
