JetBlue Wants to Leave LaGuardia's Sleek Terminal B to Cut Costs

JetBlue is seeking to leave LaGuardia's state-of-the-art Terminal B — home to three premium credit card lounges and a signature water feature — in favour of the airport's 1940s-era Marine Air Terminal (Terminal A). CEO Joanna Geraghty said the move is about lower airport fees translating into cheaper fares for passengers. Terminal A does not currently have the infrastructure to serve commercial airlines.
