2008 police interview of Tupac murder suspect admitted as trial evidence

A judge ruled that a 2008 police interview with Duane Davis can be used as evidence at his murder trial over the 1996 killing of Tupac Shakur. Davis faces life in prison without the possibility of parole if convicted. Shakur was fatally shot in a drive-by shooting in Las Vegas nearly three decades ago.
