PiS Political Committee doesn't expel "scouts" faction — cases go to disciplinary court

The PiS Political Committee concluded its session without expelling anyone from the party. Cases involving members of the so-called "scouts" faction, who refused to sign a party loyalty declaration, have been referred to the party's disciplinary officer. Only the Collegial Disciplinary Court can ultimately decide on any expulsions.
