€3 Customs Fee on Chinese Parcels Causes Sharp Drop in Polish Orders

A new €3 customs handling fee on parcels from outside the EU, including China, took effect on 1 July. Polish Post has officially confirmed a sharp drop in orders from Chinese platforms such as Shein and Temu since the change. The new rules ended the de minimis threshold that previously exempted low-value packages from customs duties.
