Ex-Orlen CEO Obajtek charged on two counts, says he is "proud" of them

Former Orlen CEO and PiS MEP Daniel Obajtek was formally charged on two counts by Polish prosecutors. He declared he does not plead guilty and said he is "proud" of the charges brought against him. His defence lawyers announced he will refuse to make statements until he has reviewed the evidence.
