Kidnappers beat and burned man with machete for hours — charged a year later
Prosecutors have filed charges against the perpetrators of a brutal kidnapping in which a 44-year-old man was tortured for several hours. The attackers beat, kicked and burned the victim with a heated machete and cigarettes, threatened to cut off his fingers, and left him in his underwear. The suspects face up to 25 years in prison.
