Kraken opens Jersey Mike's IPO to retail investors via tokenized shares

Crypto exchange Kraken has opened the Jersey Mike's IPO to retail investors, allowing eligible US users to request IPO allocations directly through the platform. Customers in more than 110 countries can also access tokenized Jersey Mike's shares, each backed 1:1 by the underlying stock. The move bridges traditional equity markets with blockchain infrastructure.
