Poland's Klimovicova wins in UK after four-week break, beats Japanese opponent in 122 minutes

Polish tennis player Linda Klimovicova from Bielsko-Biała, seeded first, returned to tournament play after a four-week absence at a lower-tier event in the United Kingdom. She defeated a Japanese opponent 6:3, 7:6(4) in 122 minutes to claim a first-round victory. It was her first tournament match outside league competition in over a month.
