Local taxes set to rise in 2027 — property owners among those facing higher bills

Homeowners and businesses in Poland must prepare for higher local taxes and fees in 2027. The maximum rates will increase in line with inflation recorded by Poland's Central Statistical Office (GUS) in the first half of 2026. The precise scale of the rises will be calculated from those figures.
