Peskov's wife challenges EU sanctions at ECJ — Brussels defends the listing

Tatiana Navka, wife of Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, has filed a case before the EU Court of Justice challenging her inclusion on the EU sanctions list. She is demanding removal from the list and financial compensation. The European Commission responded through its spokesman Anouar El Anouni that her listing was "fully justified" and that it stands by its decision.
