Poland to raise corporate governance standards in state-owned companies

The Polish government plans to adopt an amendment to the state property management act in Q3, introducing stricter corporate governance standards for state-owned companies. The reform aims to curb political appointments and enforce more professional management. The project has been listed in the Council of Ministers' work schedule.
