Appeals court confirms referendum validity: Miszalski out as Kraków mayor for good
The Court of Appeals in Kraków has definitively upheld the validity of the referendum that removed Aleksander Miszalski from the post of city mayor. The ruling ends all legal uncertainty — Miszalski will not reclaim his position. Prime Minister Donald Tusk must now set a date for early elections; several candidates have already declared, though one leading favourite has yet to announce.
