Constitutional Court Judge Patyra Suspends Participation in Rulings

Constitutional Court judge Sławomir Patyra has announced he will not participate in rulings or other court procedures for the time being. He made his decision conditional on four judges elected by the Sejm in March being allowed to adjudicate. The move reflects the ongoing dispute over the composition of Poland's Constitutional Tribunal.
