Poland's NFZ to inspect medical facilities without notice, including private ones
Poland's Ministry of Health has drafted legal changes that would expand the National Health Fund's powers to include unannounced inspections of medical facilities. The new rules would also apply to private healthcare providers. The draft has already been sent for public consultation.
