Obajtek charged over Orlen magazine withdrawal and false testimony

Daniel Obajtek, former CEO of Orlen and current MEP, has been charged by a Warsaw prosecutor with ordering the withdrawal of the weekly "NIE" from Orlen petrol stations and with giving false testimony. Obajtek said he is "proud" of the charges. Przemysław Czarnek publicly defended him, but online reaction has been largely critical of the former executive.
