Deputy PM Gawkowski files public indictment against Święczkowski over same-sex marriage ruling
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digitalisation Krzysztof Gawkowski reacted to the Constitutional Tribunal's ruling on the transcription of same-sex marriage certificates, calling the body an "illegal tribunal." He stated the ruling denies hundreds — and in future thousands — of people the right to happiness. Gawkowski announced he was publicly indicting Tribunal President Bartłomiej Święczkowski.
