Poland caps doctors' pay at 38,500 PLN, with exceptions reaching 58,000 PLN

A proposed Polish law would cap doctors' monthly salaries at roughly 38,500 PLN gross per full-time position. However, following talks with hospital directors, exceptions were introduced allowing certain physicians to earn up to nearly 58,000 PLN gross per month. The bill is still being drafted.
