WhatsApp Web launches audio and video calls with cross-device transfer support

WhatsApp is rolling out one-on-one and group voice and video calls on its web version, along with the ability to transfer ongoing calls between devices — for example from a smartphone to a desktop. The update expands features previously available only on the mobile app.
