Kraków referendum confirmed valid — Tusk free to call early mayoral election
The Kraków Court of Appeal dismissed a complaint and confirmed the validity of the May referendum in which residents recalled the city's mayor. The ruling means Prime Minister Donald Tusk can now set a date for an early mayoral election in Kraków.
