Poland's Constitutional Tribunal bans transcription of same-sex marriages — government vows to fight on
Poland's Constitutional Tribunal ruled against the transcription of foreign same-sex marriage certificates into Polish civil registers. Deputy Prime Minister Krzysztof Gawkowski said the ruling follows political rather than constitutional logic. Government Equality Commissioner Katarzyna Kotula vowed that the government would not back down on the issue.
