Kraków appeals court upholds validity of mayoral recall referendum
The Kraków Court of Appeal dismissed a complaint and upheld the validity of the May referendum in which the city's mayor was recalled. The ruling was issued at a closed hearing. The decision clears the way for Prime Minister Donald Tusk to set a date for an early mayoral election in Kraków.
