Apple TV loses $1B a year but will survive under new CEO Ternus

Apple TV+ is estimated to lose around $1 billion a year, yet the streaming service is expected to survive intact when John Ternus takes over as Apple CEO in September. While Ternus is likely to make several changes at the company, the loss-making video platform is seen as safe from any shake-up. Ternus will succeed Tim Cook as head of the world's largest tech company.
