Gdynia's modernist city centre added to UNESCO World Heritage List

Gdynia has joined the group of cities with a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as its modernist city centre was added to the list this week. The designation recognises the area as a site of outstanding global cultural significance. The recognition is expected to draw a significant increase in tourist interest to the Polish city.
