Poland's Constitutional Tribunal rules same-sex marriage transcription unconstitutional — government rejects ruling
Poland's Constitutional Tribunal ruled that transcribing foreign same-sex marriage certificates into Polish civil registry records is unconstitutional. Government Equality Commissioner Katarzyna Kotula declared the ruling "has no legal force." Politicians from PiS defended the decision.
