Polish court: doctor endangered Jerzy Ziobro's life but did not cause his death

The Regional Court in Kraków ruled that Dr Dariusz D. unintentionally endangered the life of Jerzy Ziobro, father of former justice minister Zbigniew Ziobro. However, the court did not find that the doctor caused Jerzy Ziobro's death, contrary to claims made on the "Suwerenna Polska" account on X, the former party of Zbigniew Ziobro. The verdict covered four doctors, with legal responsibility assigned to one.
