Poland's consumer watchdog investigates private car parks at retail chains

Poland's Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) has launched proceedings against several private car park operators at major retail chains. Consumer complaints about such car parks are growing every month. Inspectors are examining fee-charging practices and whether operators' terms comply with consumer protection law.
