Kętrzyn drenched: over 200 mm of rain in July — northern Poland hit hardest
Kętrzyn in the Warmia-Masuria voivodeship has recorded over 200 mm of rainfall since the start of July, making it one of the wettest spots in Poland this month. Northern Poland has been repeatedly hit by heavy downpours, ruining the summer holiday season for many residents. Kętrzyn is not the only location in the country experiencing an exceptionally wet July.
