Ex-Orlen chief Obajtek charged but pleads not guilty, refuses to explain

PiS MEP and former Orlen CEO Daniel Obajtek has been formally charged by prosecutors and declared he does not plead guilty. The case concerns the withdrawal of the weekly "Nie" from distribution and his acquaintance with journalist Marcin Nisztor. His defence said Obajtek refused to give a statement until he has reviewed the evidence.
