After 27 years on death row, judge rules science used to convict Jimmie Duncan was unreliable

Jimmie Duncan spent 27 years on death row after being convicted in 1998 of raping and drowning 23-month-old Haley Oliveaux. A judge has now ruled that the scientific evidence used to secure his conviction could not be trusted. The ruling could lead to a review of his sentence.
