EU adopts 21st sanctions package targeting Harpy drones and Russia's shadow fleet

The European Union has adopted its 21st package of sanctions against Russia, targeting the full production chains of Harpy drones and the Rasswiet system. The new rules also allow for the seizure and sale of cargo carried by Russia's shadow fleet. Brussels is thus expanding restrictions beyond individual companies to entire supply networks.
