Polish consumer watchdog opens proceedings against Columbus Energy over solar refunds

Poland's Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) has opened proceedings against Columbus Energy. The company faces three serious charges related to delays in refunding customers who withdrew from solar panel installation contracts.
